摘要
工业互联网是工业转型升级的重要方向,也是工业高质量发展的有效途径。电主轴作为直接影响数控机床动作的核心部件,其质量水平直接影响了数控机床的加工精度与稳定性。为了实现对电主轴生产过程的有效监控与产品质量提升,分析了电主轴生产的痛点问题,研究设计了面向电主轴生产质量管控的工业互联网平台架构,并描述了其应用过程。
Industrial internet is not only an important direction of industrial transformation and upgrading, but also an effective way for industrial high quality development. As the core component that directly affects the action of CNC machine tools, the quality level of electric spindle directly affects the machining accuracy and stability of CNC machine tools. In order to realize the effective monitoring of the production process and the quality improvement of electric spindle, the pain point problem in the production of electric spindle is analyzed, and the industrial internet platform architecture for the production quality control of electric spindle is studied and designed 9 and its application process is described.
