摘要 以中国某快递物流公司广州市分公司54个营业网点作为研究和实践对象,通过对其现状进行分析,有针对性地运用6S现场管理模式开展质量管理专题改善,有效地提高了企业内部物流质量管理的规范性,提升了邮件的处理效率和邮件的安全,从而达到了规范管理、持续改进、提升素养和塑造形象等目标,提高了客,月艮务质量,增强了企业的竞争力。 Taking 54 business outlets of Guangzhou Branch of a express logistics company in China as the research and practice object, through the analysis of its present situation, the 6S site management mode is used to carry out the improvement of quality management, which effectively improves the standardization of logistics quality management within the enterprise, improves the efficiency of mail processing and mail security, achieves the goals of standardized management,continuous improvement, quality improvement and image building, improves customer service quality, and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise.
