新常态下长三角区域经济一体化高质量发展研究

Research on the Integrative High-quality Development of Yangtze River Delta Regional Economy Under the New Normal

在归纳总结区域经济一体化高质量发展基本内涵的基础上,基于长三角地区1991—2017年统计数据,从经济总规模、经济增长率变异系数、产业升级和制造业结构变动三个维度,深入分析长三角区域经济一体化高质量发展特征。研究发现:新常态下长三角区域核心城市经济总量与上海的差距逐渐降低,多中心匀质化发展趋势明显;区域经济增长率变异系数逐年降低,一体化趋同性特征显著;从产业升级及制造业结构变动趋势看,长三角区域经济一体化发展质量逐步提升。促进长三角区域经济一体化高质量发展需明确政府职责、完善制度建设、注重科技创新、细化产业分工和鼓励平等竞争。

On the basis of summarizing the basic connotation of integrative high-quality development of regional economy,and based on the statistical data of the Yangtze River Delta region from 1991 to 2017,the integrative high-quality development characteristics of Yangtze River Delta regional economy are analyzed from three dimensions:total economic scale,variation coefficient of economic growth rate, industrial upgrading and change of manufacturing structure. The research finds that: under the new normal,the gap between the economic aggregate of the core cities in the Yangtze River Delta region and Shanghai gradually decreases,and the development trend of multi-center homogenization is obvious. The variation coefficient of regional economic growth rate decreases year by year, and the integration trend is obvious. From the perspective of industrial upgrading and the changing trend of manufacturing structure,the integrative development quality of Yangtze River Delta regional economy has been gradually improved. To promote the integrative high-quality development of Yangtze River Delta regional economy,it is necessary to clarify government responsibilities,improve system construction,pay attention to scientific and technological innovation,refine industrial division of labor and encourage equal competition.
