摘要
目前作为蒸汽化、电气化和原子能后人工智能化的第四次工业革命的支柱,人工智能、物联网、大数据、云计算新工程技术正在兴起并且日渐深入经济生产、人民生活和国际竞争的各个领域,既是机遇又是挑战。国内外对这些工程技术的认识均有不够全面之处,更深入的研究对从业人员和公众都十分必要。以系统论的观点界定四大新工程技术系统,分析其利弊,以兴利除弊。要对新工程技术系统系统制定标准和规则进行综合治理,不能再走环境问题"先污染后治理"的老路,才能达到新工程技术系统发展的科学目的,即满足人民幸福生活高层次的需要,满足"人类命运共同体"的多边需求,有利于科技进步,并有利于人类自身的发展。
At present,as the pillar of the fourth industrial revolution of artificial intelligence after steam,electrification and atomic energy,new engineering technologies of artificial intelligence,Internet of things,big data and cloud computing are emerging and deepening into various fields of economic production,people's life and international competition,which are both opportunities and challenges. The understanding of these engineering technologies at home and abroad is not comprehensive enough,and more in-depth research is necessary for practitioners and the public.The four new engineering technology systems are defined from the viewpoint of system theory,and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. It is important to make profits and eliminate disadvantages. To develop standards and rules for the new engineering technology system for comprehensive governance,can no longer walk "treatment after pollution" environmental problem,to achieve new engineering technology system for the development of science, which meet the needs of the people's happy life high-level, meet the demand of "human destiny community" multilateral,conducive to scientific and technological progress,and is conducive to the development of human beings.
