基于产学研合作的机械类高级专业人才培养模式实践

Practice of Training Model of High-end Talents of Mechanical Engineering Based on Industry-University-Institute Cooperation

分析了当前机械类研究生培养过程中存在的问题和不足,并基于相关分析探讨了机械类研究生培养模式的改革思路,结合合肥工业大学研究生培养实际情况,对依托产学研合作实践以提升机械类研究生培养质量提出了一系列举措并付诸实践,以期能为机械类高级专业人才培养模式的改革提供一些参考。

The problems and shortcomings in the current training of graduate students majored in mechanical engineering are analyzed, and the reform of the training model of graduate students of mechanical engineering is discussed. In view of the actual situation of graduate students training in Hefei University of Technology, some measures to improve the training quality of graduate students of mechanical engineering are proposed based on industry-university-institute cooperation and put into practice. The study can provide a reference for the reform of the training model of high-end talents of mechanical engineering.
