摘要
近年来,在线学习已成为高校干部教育培训的重要渠道,其作为高校干部课堂教育、现场教学的补充发挥了重要作用。文章基于信息技术采纳理论和心流体验理论,构建了高校干部在线学习意愿的影响因素模型,并采用结构方程模型进行实证分析,研究结果表明:感知行为控制、任务技术匹配、主观规范通过心流体验中的愉悦性、集中注意力维度影响行为意愿,感知易用性通过愉悦性维度影响行为意愿。
In recent years, online learning has become an important channel for the education and training of cadres in universities, and has played an important role as a supplement to the classroom education and field teaching of the university cadres. Based on the theories of information technology adoption and flow experience, this paper constructs the influence factors model of the online learning willingness of the university cadres, and uses the structural equation model for empirical analysis. The results show that the perceived behavior control, task-technology fit, subjective norm influence the behavioral intention through the pleasure and focus attention dimensions of the flow experience;the perceived ease of use influences the behavioral intention through the pleasure dimension.
