摘要 入学教育是高校对新生进行的一种有计划有目的,旨在帮助大学新生尽快适应新的环境、逐渐养成大学生健全人格的教育活动,也是大学生思想政治教育的基础工作。入学教育是高等教育的首要环节,具有系统论的整体性、开放性,复杂性等基本特征,运用系统理论来探索高校入学教育,具有理论指导意义。安康学院多年坚持系统开展入学教育,以促进大学新生尽快确立奋斗目标,树立科学的价值观和人生观,充分发挥入学教育的导向作用,取得了显著成效。 Entrance education is a planned and purposeful educational activity for the freshmen, which aims to help the freshmen adapt to the new environment as soon as possible, and gradually develop their sound personality. It is a system that plays a fundamental role in ideological and political education of college students. Entrance education is the first step of higher education. It has the basic characteristics of the system theory, such as integrity, openness and complexity. It is of guiding significance to explore the entrance education of colleges using the system theory. Ankang University has systematically carried out the entrance education for many years to help the freshmen establish their goals as soon as possible, and foster scientific views on life and values. The university gives full play to the guiding role of entrance education, and has achieved remarkable results.
