Analysis of Shenmai Injection ADR in Jingdezhen from 2012-2018

本文主要通过收集景德镇市2012-2018年参麦注射液ADR/ADE报告中对ADR评价为肯定、很可能和可能的共261例,对患者的人群特征、给药途径、用法用量、ADR/ADE 临床表现,探讨参麦注射液不良反应的表现、类型、不良反应的发生率及其影响因素,以期为本地区临床安全使用参麦注射剂提供参考.

The analysis of Shenmai injection ADR epidemiology were based on 261 cases of ADR reports downloaded by National ADR Monitoring from 2012 to 2018.The analysis was conducted on the patients′gender,age,administration route,usage and dosage,and clinical manifestations.By investigating the characteristics of ADR caused by Shenmai injection,we detect the incidence and influencing factors of adverse reactions in order to provid further references for rational Shenmai injection in the region.
