In today′s network environment,the existing network legislation and network technology can no longer adapt to the explosive growth of the network,and the network security is facing severe challenges.This paper takes big data as the background,analyses the four elements of network security legislation,environment,technology and personnel,and puts forward suggestions on network security control based on the four elements.
