摘要
试验旨在通过牛津杯抑菌实验和摇瓶实验探究α-单月桂酸甘油酯对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果。结果显示,浓度≤40mg·mL^-1的α-单月桂酸甘油酯对大肠杆菌无明显抑菌作用,浓度≥0.156mg·mL^-1的α-单月桂酸甘油酯对沙门氏菌有抑制作用,浓度≥0.078mg·mL^-1的α-单月桂酸甘油酯对金黄色葡萄球菌有抑制作用。浓度为1mg·mL^-1的α-单月桂酸甘油酯对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用在培养4h出现,对沙门氏菌的抑制作用在培养12h出现。
This experiment aims to investigate the antibacterial effect ofα-glycerol monolaurate on Escherichia coli,Salmonella and Staphylococcus aureus.The results show that:α-glycerol monolaurate with concentration≤40 mg·mL^-1 had no significant antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli,andα-glycerol monolaurate at a concentration of≥0.156 mg·mL^-1 inhibited Salmonella.α-glycerol monolaurate with a concentration of≥0.078 mg·mL^-1 inhibited Staphylococcus aureus.The inhibitory effect ofα-glycerol monolaurate at a concentration of 1 mg·mL-1 on Staphylococcus aureus appeared four hours after culture,and the inhibitory effect on Salmonella occurred after 12 hours of culture.
