摘要
为解决燃油汽车电动化设计过程中,由于地板上升导致的座椅空间收缩,及需要尽量保证H点不变的问题,该文对汽车前、后排座椅设计的切入点进行了梳理,利用假人实测、假人坐重%压缩量曲线等手段进行了验证。在满足!点要求的前提下,完成了座椅的设计工作,从而证明了燃油汽车电动化座椅设计的可行性,对今后类似项目设计具有指导和借鉴意义。
In order to solve the problems of seat space shrinkage caused by floor elevation and the need to keep H point unchanged in the process of electric design of fuel vehicles,this paper sorts out the cut-in points for the design of front and rear seats of vehicles,verifies them by means of dummy measurement and FS curve(Dummy sitting weight-Compression Curve).As a result,the development of seats has been completed on the premise of meeting the requirements of H point,which proves the feasibility of the design of electric seats for fuel vehicles and provides guidance and reference for the design of similar projects in the future.
