零部件对发动机管理系统标定的影响

摘要 为应对日益严峻的市场竞争,整车发动机管理系统(EMS)标定的开发周期和整车成本被不断压缩,需要标定人员能够更准确地判断EMS标定的影响因素.结合EMS标定开发经验,从车身、动力总成及电控系统部件三方面介绍了零部件对EMS标定的影响.各系统的部件变化,会对台架部分模块标定及整车怠速、排放等标定产生影响,需要进行相应的标定优化.结果表明,只有掌握零部件对EMS标定的影响,才能更快、更准确地应对各种系统变化,提高标定效率,缩短标定时间. In order to cope with the increasingly severe market competition,the development cycle and cost of Engine Management System(EMS)calibration have been continuously compressed,requiring calibration engineers to be able to judge the influencing factors of EMS calibration more accurately.Combined with the development experience of EMS calibration,the influence of components on EMS calibration is introduced from three aspects:body,powertrain and electronic control system components.The component changes of each system will affect the calibration of some modules of the engine bench and the idling and emission of the whole vehicle,thus corresponding calibration optimization is required.The results show that only by mastering the influence of components on EMS calibration can we deal with various system changes more quickly and accurately,improve calibration efficiency and shorten calibration time.
