摘要
通过对东、中、西部部分区县的实地考察,发现农村教师在地缘结构上有明显的本土化现象以及以县城为中心的“差序格局”特征。进一步分析,农村教师地缘结构的形成可能受到乡土社会熟人文化、地理条件、流动机制等因素的影响。基于此,优化教师资源配置,一方面要顺应文化认同,调整农村教师配置政策;另一方面,要重建教师流动机制,打破城乡教师资源市场空间分割。
On the basis of field study in representative counties of eastern, middle and western China, we find some characteristics such as indigenization and the pattern of difference sequence for rural teachers geographical structure. By further analysis, we believe that the formation of rural teachers geographical structure characteristics are influenced by some factors such as culture among acquaintance, geographical condition as well as migration mechanism. According to the investigation and analysis, on the one hand, culture identity should be taken into consideration in policy design;On the other hand, teachers migration mechanism should be reconstructed to break the division of teachers resource market between rural and urban areas.
