水下自浮式隔水舱技术

摘要 为保证浮式生产储油卸油装置(Floating Production Storageand Offloading,FPSO)不停产和顺利通过美国船级社(American Bureau of Shipping,ABS)的认定取证,提出对FPSO在位安装隔水舱进行船体结构修复的方案。分析隔水舱在海水中的受力情况,进行隔水舱结构强度核算,设计合理的隔水舱结构形式,将隔水舱设计为水下自浮式,方便潜水员在水下施工。水下自浮式隔水舱技术的成功应用使得FPSO在位不停产修复船体外板纵骨得以实现。水下自浮式隔水舱适用于FPSO、浮式储油卸油装置(Floating Storageand Offloading,FSO)及其他船舶的船体结构维修,可避免船舶进坞维修,保证生产的持续性并节省坞修费用。该方案能实现在海上修复水线下船体结构,避免背水焊接。 A method of cofferdam installation is proposed for the repair of hull structure with FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) unmoved in place to keep the production unstopped and to provide data for the certificate of ABS (American Bureau of Shipping). The underwater loads of the cofferdam are analyzed, and its structural strength is verified so that proper structure forms can be designed and make the underwater operations easier for the divers. Successful application of the underwater self-floating cofferdam technology also makes it possible for the repair of outer plate longitudinal stiffeners with production unstopped. This technology is appropriate for the structural repair of FPSO, FSO (Floating Storage and Offloading) and other ship types so as to reduce the frequency of ship docking, realize uninterrupted production and save the repairing cost in dock. It can also realize the underwater hull structure repair without water-back welding.
