仪纶纬平针织物的服用性能

Wearability of Yilun single jersey knitted fabrics

分别选用18.5tex纯纺仪纶纱、仪纶/棉(65/35)混纺纱和纯棉纱编织的5种纬平针织物,对比测试与分析了该织物的顶破性能、硬挺性能、悬垂性能、透气性能、热湿性能、水洗后的尺寸稳定性能和抗起毛起球性能。实验结果显示:仪纶纬平针织物抗弯刚度小,静态悬垂系数小,织物手感柔软;缩水率小,洗涤后尺寸稳定性好;热阻、克罗值小,湿阻、透气率大,导热、导湿和透气性能较好,适于制作春夏季针织服装。

Five single jersey knitted fabrics produced with 18.5 tex Yilun yarn,Yilun/cotton (65/35) blended yarn and purified cotton yarn respectively were selected.The properties of the bursting strength,stiffness,drapability,breathability,thermal and wet performance,dimensional stability after washing,pilling resistance of the fabrics were tested and analyzed.The experimental results showed that the Yilun single jersey knitted fabrics had smaller bending stiffness and static drape coefficient and softness handle.It also had smaller shrinkage rate and good dimensional stability after washing,as well as lower thermal resistance and clo-value,but higher wet resistance and air permeability.This kind of fabric was provided with better heat conduction,moisture conductivity and air permeability.It is suitable for spring and summer knitted clothing.
