摘要
目前市场上应用的双酚A型环氧树脂,主要是由含有生殖毒性的双酚A制得,使其应用受到了很大的限制。为了寻找一种性能优良的生物基环氧树脂,讨论了以松香作为原料制备环氧树脂来替代双酚A型环氧树脂的可能性。分析了不同官能度松香基环氧树脂的热性能和力学性能,并讨论了以松香为原料制备环氧树脂的优点和不足之处,综述了松香基环氧树脂的研究进展,提出了改善松香基环氧树脂缺点的建议,并对其以后的发展前景进行了展望。
Nowadays,bisphenol an epoxy resin on the market is mainly made by the bisphenol a,which is a reprotoxic compound. Therefore,the application of bisphenol an epoxy resin is greatly limited. In order to find a bio-based epoxy resin with excellent performance,the possibility of using rosin as a feedstock to prepare epoxy resin instead of bisphenol an epoxy resin was discussed. The different functional rosin-based resin and its thermal and mechanical properties were analyzed,the advantages and disadvantages of using rosin as a raw material to make epoxy resin were also discussed. Meanwhile,the research progress on rosin-based epoxy resin was summarized,the suggestions for improving the shortcomings of rosin-based epoxy resin were put forward,and the future development prospects of rosin-based epoxy resin was also forecasted.
