天然气三甘醇超重力脱水实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 在天然气三甘醇脱水工艺中,以超重力装置代替吸收塔进行脱水,可以大幅度提高脱水效率,有效降低成本。利用自制的转子结构超重力装置,模拟研究了超重力场下天然气脱水过程。实验结果表明,气体水露点随贫三甘醇温度的增加而升高,随转速的增加而下降;当贫三甘醇温度和转速同时变化时,温度变化对脱水效果的影响处于主导地位。实验条件下,贫甘醇液量20L/min、湿气量1.2~1.5m^3/h、脱水温度为40℃、转速为700r/min时,具有最佳脱水效果。 In the dehydration process of natural gas with triethylene glycol,the dehydration efficiency can be greatly improved and the cost can be effectively reduced by replacing the absorption tower with a high gravity device. The dewatering process of natural gas in high gravity field was simulated by using a hypergravity device of self-made rotor structure. The experimental results showed that the dew point of gas increased with the increase of temperature and decreased with the increase of rotational speed. When the temperature and rotational speed of lean triethylene glycol changed simultaneously,the effect of temperature change on dehydration was dominant. Under the experimental conditions,the best dehydration effect was obtained when the liquid content of lean glycol was 20 L/min,the moisture content was 1.2~1.5 m^ 3/h,the dehydration temperature was 40 ℃,and the rotational speed was 700 r/min.
