摘要 以惠州石化汽柴油加氢装置中的螺纹锁紧环式高压换热器为研究对象,并结合该类换热器的结构特点,从换热器的垫片类型及材质、工艺条件、换热效率等多方面综合分析了汽油加氢装置螺纹紧环高压换热器发生内漏的原因。最终分析表明,换热器E101换热效率低,壳程入口温度大幅下降,密封压紧垫片松回弹能力不足,是导致内漏的主要原因,并针对此提出相应解决方案。 Taking the thread locking ring type high pressure heat exchanger in Huizhou Petrochemical gasoline and diesel hydrogenation unit as the research object,and combined the structural characteristics of the heat exchanger,the gasket type and material,process conditions and heat exchanger,the thermal efficiency and other aspects such as the causes of internal leakage of the screw tight ring high pressure heat exchanger of the gasoline hydrogenation unit were comprehensively analyzed. The final analysis showed that the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger E101 was low,the inlet temperature of the shell side was greatly reduced,and the loose rebound ability of the sealed compression gasket was insufficient,which was the main cause of the internal leakage,and corresponding solutions were proposed.
