摘要 化工树脂生产过程中有大量的VOCs废气,其主要成分为甲醛、苯酚和其他有机物。为了满足环保要求的超低排放,采用气喷旋冲塔水洗/碱洗一体化+干式过滤器+活性炭吸附+催化燃烧技术进行治理。结果表明此工艺对大风量、低浓度VOCs具有良好的处理效果,运行成本低并且无二次污染,而且处理后的废气满足《合成树脂工业污染排放标准》的特别排放限值,有良好的环境效益和经济效益。 Chemical resin production process has a large number of VOCs waste gas,its main components are formaldehyde,phenol and other organic compounds. In order to meet the ultra-low emissions of environmental requirements,the method of the gas jet tower washing/alkali washing integration+dry filter+activated carbon adsorption+catalytic combustion technology was adopted. The result showed that the process had good treatment effect on high wind volume and low concentration VOCs,low operation cost and no two pollution characteristics. Moreover,the treated waste gas met the special emission limit value of the emission standard of pollution for synthetic resin industry,and had good environmental and economic benefits.
