实验教学是高校培养应用创新型人才必不可少的手段,实验环境是影响实验教学质量的重要因素。从实验室仪器设备管理和实验室安全管理两方面,分析了实验室管理现状和不足,并结合自身的学习和工作实践,针对实验室管理存在的问题,提出了具体的解决方法,为提高实验室管理效率、营造良好的实验环境和提高实验教学质量提供了有益参考。

Experimental teaching is an essential mean to cultivate innovative talents in universities,and the experimental environment is an important factor that affects the quality of experimental teaching. From two aspects of laboratory equipment management and laboratory safety management,the situation and problems of the laboratory of Metallic Materials Engineering specialty were analyzed,and many suggestions according to learning and work experience were put forward. It would provide a useful reference for building a good experimental environment and improving the teaching quality.
