摘要
基于环形金属贴片结构,提出了一种增大表面阻抗范围的方法.通过在环形金属贴片上刻蚀环,可以有效增大表面阻抗的变化范围,同时,利用HFSS仿真软件对带刻蚀环的环形金属贴片晶格单元进行了仿真计算.仿真结果表明,带刻蚀环的环形金属贴片晶格单元具有较宽的阻抗变化范围.
In this paper,a method for increasing the surface impedance range is proposed based on annular metal patch.By etching the ring on the annular metal patch,the surface impedance range can effectively increase.The simulation of the lattice elements of the annular metal patch with etched ring is achieved by HFSS.The simulation results show that the proposed annular metal patch with etched ring lattice element has a wider surface impedance range.
