为适应粤港澳大湾区建设发展需要,组建“生态化”职教联盟具有较强现实意义。基于生态位理论,从生态位关系、生态位宽度、生态位重叠、生态位分离等方面剖析粤港澳大湾区职教联盟生态位,构建激励机制、责权机制、共享机制、沟通协调机制和评价机制的职教联盟运行机制。从政府主导搭建平台,完善合作机制;生态位移动,扩充生态位容量;生态位分离,实施错位竞争;协同进化,保持生态系统动态平衡等方面保障粤港澳大湾区职教联盟生态发展。

In order to meet the needs of the development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao greater bay area, it is great practical significance to establish the “ecological” vocational education alliance.
