摘要 为适应粤港澳大湾区建设发展需要,组建“生态化”职教联盟具有较强现实意义。基于生态位理论,从生态位关系、生态位宽度、生态位重叠、生态位分离等方面剖析粤港澳大湾区职教联盟生态位,构建激励机制、责权机制、共享机制、沟通协调机制和评价机制的职教联盟运行机制。从政府主导搭建平台,完善合作机制;生态位移动,扩充生态位容量;生态位分离,实施错位竞争;协同进化,保持生态系统动态平衡等方面保障粤港澳大湾区职教联盟生态发展。 In order to meet the needs of the development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao greater bay area, it is great practical significance to establish the “ecological” vocational education alliance. Based on the niche theory, this paper analyzes the niche of vocational education alliance in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao greater bay area from the aspects of niche relationship, niche width, niche overlap Hand niche separation. The operation mechanism of vocational education alliance should be constructed, which includes incentive mechanism, responsibility and right mechanism, sharing mechanism, communication and coordination mechanism and evaluation mechanism. Niche movement expands niche capacity, Niche separation, implementation of dislocation competition and coevolution, maintaining the dynamic balance of the ecosystem and other aspects to protect the ecological development of guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao greater bayarea vocational education alliance.
