摘要
结合应用型人才培养的特点,探索建立应用型本科高校学生综合能力培养及测试方法,并对测试结果进行分析,以期对应用型本科高校学生德智体美劳全面发展的人才培养体系构建及培养结果评价起到一定的借鉴意义。
Based on the characteristics of applied talents training,this paper explores the establishment of application-based undergraduate students’ comprehensive ability training and testing methods,and analyzes the test results,so as to build a talent training system for the application of undergraduate students in moral,physical,and artistic development. Meanwhile,the evaluation of the training results has a certain reference significance.
