氡温泉水疗对疗养官兵血脂、血尿酸及心功能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨氡温泉水疗对疗养官兵血脂、血尿酸及心功能的影响。方法选取106例疗养官兵,采用抽签法将其分为两组,各53例,对照组采用热水浴疗养,观察组采用氡温泉疗养,分析疗养前后两组官兵的血脂、心功能和血尿酸(UA)变化情况。结果疗养前,两组的三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)和UA比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);疗养后,观察组的UA、TC、TG水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);疗养前,两组的左心室射血分数(LVEF)、心排量(CO)、左室短轴缩短率(LVFS)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);疗养后,观察组的LVEF、CO、LVFS水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予疗养官兵氡温泉水疗可有效调节疗养官兵的血脂、UA水平,促进疗养官兵心功能恢复。 Objective To explore the influence of radon hot spring hydrotherapy on the lipid;uric acid and cardiac function of soldiers and military officers under recuperation.Methods 106 soldiers and military officers under recuperation were randomly divided into two groups by drawing lots;with 53 cases in each group.The control group was given hot bath therapy while the observation group was given radon hot spring.The lipid;cardiac function and uric acid of the two groups were analyzed before and after the recuperation.Results Before the recuperation;the TG;TC and UA levels of the groups showed no statistical significance (P>0.05).After the recuperation;the levels of UA;TC and TG of the observation group were lower than those of the control group and the difference showed statistical significance (P<0.05).Before the recuperation;the LVEF;CO and LVFS of the two groups showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).After the recuperation;the levels of LVEF;CO and LVFS of the observation group were higher than those of the control group and the difference showed statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Radon hot spring hydrotherapy could effectively regulate the levels of lipid and UA of soldiers and military officers under recuperation and improve their cardiac recovery.
