河南省中小学校体育教育资源存在严重的不均衡,在现实条件下的体育课程改革势在必行.在国家基础教育均等化的政策引导下,利用SCP范式模型分析河南省中小学体育资源的结构、利用特点和绩效评价,提出匹配河南省中小学体育教育资源特点的课程改革路径.

There is a serious imbalance in the physical education resources of primary and secondary schools in Henan province, so it is imperative to reform the physical education curriculum under the realistic conditions. Under the guidance of the national policy of equalization of basic education, this paper uses SCP paradigm model to analyze the structure, utilization characteristics and performance evaluation of physical education resources in primary and secondary schools in Henan province, and puts forward the curriculum reform path that matches the characteristics of physical education resources in primary and secondary schools in Henan province.
