摘要
针对目前无法对引信电源贮液瓶跌落过程内部现象和特性进行提取并观察分析的现状,提出了基于有限元法的引信电源贮液瓶跌落响应特性提取方法.该方法利用有限元法中的任意拉格朗日欧拉算法结合ANSYS/LS_DYNA软件对跌落响应过程进行特征提取,可以清晰地提取贮液瓶整个跌落过程中的应力变化等内部微观变化及特性.实例验证及跌落试验结果表明,该方法可以提取贮液瓶跌落过程响应特征,清晰地观察整个贮液瓶跌落过程中应力变化等微观变化,安全跌落高度判定准确率达97%.
During the fuze power storage bottle drop process,the internal phenomena and characteristics can not be extracted and observed and analyzed by existing methods,a new method based on finite element method for extracting the drop response characteristics of liquid storage bottle of fuze power was proposed.The method used the Arbitrary Lagrange-Euler in the finite element method combined with ANSYS/LS_DYNA software to extract the feature of the drop response process,which could clearly extract the internal microscopic changes and characteristics such as the stress change during the whole drop process of the liquid storage bottle.The results of example verification and drop test showed that the method not only could extract the response characteristics of the liquid bottle drop process,but also could clearly observe the microscopic changes such as stress changes during the whole process of the liquid bottle drop test.The accuracy of the evaluation of safety drop height reached 97%.
