摘要
马莲河宁县段位于马莲河下游,且是国控断面,其水质多年处于污染状态。基于一维水流模型的段首控制法及马莲河宁县段雨落坪水文站多年流量等水文资料,采用不同保证率下的丰水年、平水年、枯水年、特枯水年及多年平均的月平均流量,研究分析了马莲河宁县段的水环境容量动态。结果表明,马莲河宁县段水环境容量年际及年内变化均较大,丰水年水环境容量>多年平均>平水年>枯水年>特枯水年,丰水期水环境容量大于枯、平期。在进行水环境容量利用时,应充分考虑水环境容量的动态特征,不能局限于特枯水年最枯月平均流量计算所得的定值。
The study and calculation of water environmental capacity affects the ability of water quality to meet the standard, which is of great significance to water environmental pollution control. Malian River in Ning county section is located on the downstream of Malian river, is a national control section and its water quality for many years is in a state of pollution. Based on the one-dimensional water flow model of section-beginning control method and hydrological data such as multi-year flow of Yuluoping station in the Ning county section of Malian river, the water environmental capacity dynamics is studied and analyzed in this paper using the monthly average flow of the wet years, normal years, dry years, the driest years and the multi years under different guarantee rates. The results show that the water environmental of Malian River in Ning county section varies greatly over the years and in one year, and the water environmental capacity of wet years > multi years >normal years > dry years> the driest years. And the water environment capacity of wet period is greater than that of the dry flat period. It is suggested that the dynamic characteristics of water environmental capacity should be fully considered in the utilization of water environmental capacity, not limited to the fixed value calculated by the average flow of the driest month in the driest years.
