传统工艺类非遗的生产标准问题讨论——基于钱万隆酱油酿造技艺的思考

Production Standards of Traditional Techniques in Intangible Heritage Protection—— A Case Study of Qian Wanlong Soy Sauce Brewing Technique

钱万隆的案例里充分体现了传统生产工艺与现代生产标准之间的矛盾。生产标准说到底是技术问题,传统生产工艺与现代生产标准之所以会产生矛盾,是因为现代社会过于重视技术的现代性而忽略了技术的经典性。技术的经典性对于人类文化遗产的保护具有的重要意义,但几乎所有的传统工艺类非遗都可能遇到忽略技术经典性而影响自身传承与保护的问题。如何解决这一问题,是非遗保护对现代社会所提出的一项挑战。为了更好地促进传统工艺类非遗的传承与发展,必须为其制定一套以技术的经典性为主要依据的新标准。

This paper makes a case study of Qian Wanlong,which fully shows the contradiction between traditional production technology and modern production standards.The production standard is basically a technical issue.The contradiction between traditional production technology and modern production standard is caused by overemphasis on the modernity of technology and neglect of the classicality of technology,which is of great significance to the protection of human cultural heritage.However,the inheritance and protection of almost all traditional techniques may be affected by the neglect of classicality of technology.How to solve this problem is a challenge posed by the protection of intangible cultural heritage to the modern society.In order to better promote the inheritance and development of traditional techniques in intangible heritages,it is necessary to formulate a set of new standards mainly on the basis of the classicality of technology.
