摘要
传统手工艺企业的代际传承,创造经济价值的同时,不断实践着“传统文化创造性转化和创新性发展”,是国家文化产业持续健康发展的重要组成部分。当下企业传承中存在技艺传承及品牌运营问题,研究通过多案例分析,提炼出本土情境中基于技艺与品牌驱动的代际传承理论,探讨了“文化濡化”驱动的技艺传承与人才培养路径、品牌优势无形资产驱动的资本化运营与价值创造以及技艺品牌的政策环境支持。
The intergenerational inheritance of traditional handicraft enterprises not only creates economic value,but also constantly practices"creative transformation and innovative development of traditional culture",which makes it an important part in the sustainable and healthy development of the national cultural industry.In view of the handicraft inheritance and brand operation problems in the intergenerational inheritance of the current enterprise,this paper proposes the intergenerational inheritance theory driven by skill and brand in the local context through case analysis.The paper also discusses the approach of skill inheritance and talent training driven by"enculturation",capitalized operation and value creation driven by intangible assets,as well as the policy and environment support of skills and brands.
