摘要
农民工群体的过度劳动,不仅伤害其身心健康,也对企业和社会产生极大的不利影响。从产生的原因看,有个体层面的主客观原因,也有企业对短期利润的追逐和管理上的非人性化,还有法律法规的不健全和监管的不到位等。以雇佣农民工群体为切入,在问卷调查基础上,认为对农民工的过度劳动也需要从不同层面进行系统的规制:个体层面,提升农民工人力资本水平、提升健康和权益保护意识、降低加班需求;企业层面,实施人本化管理和加快转型升级;政府层面,鼓励学界深入研究过度劳动理论、完善法律法规、建立有效的监管体系。
The migrant workers’ overwork not only is harmful to the individual’s physical and mental health but also has a great negative impact on enterprises and society.In terms of reasons for such a phenomenon,there are subjective and objective factors at the individual level,the chase of short-term profits and non-humanistic management at the enterprise level and the defects of the related laws and supervision.Therefore,systematic regulations need to be put forward from different perspectives to address this problem.At the Individual level,the migrant workers’ human capital,the awareness of health and rights protection should be improved,the demand to work overtime should be reduced;at the enterprise level,the enterprises need to implement people-oriented management and speed up the upgrading transformation;at the government level,we should encourage the scientific and theoretical research on overwork,improve laws and regulations and establish an effective supervision system.
