发展性贫困的生产:制度与文化的田野对话——一个Y族村庄生活的发展叙事

Poverty Production:A Dialogue Between Structure and Culture——An Ethnography of a Y Ethnic Village in South-western China

研究将Y村的贫困定义为发展性贫困。与生存性贫困不同的是,发展性贫困的致贫原因一方面深深地嵌入在发展的制度中,另一方面又与群体是否具有适合发展的现代性的伦理相互联系。认为现代意义的贫困生产是在不利于贫困群体的发展制度和贫困群体现代性伦理缺失的相互作用下发生的政治、经济和社会过程。

This paper conceives the poverty of Y Village as developmental poverty.Different from survival poverty,the cause of developmental poverty is deeply embedded in the institutions of development,and at the same time,it is also closely associated with the possession of a set of modern ethics by the poor.The paper postulates the poverty in a modern standard as the result of the entangled interaction between the institutions of development that are disadvantageous to the poor and lack of modern market ethics by the poor.
