闽西地区社区草根体育组织发展的影响因素研究——以龙岩市社区为例

A Study of the Influencing Factors of Community Grass-roots Sports Organization Development in Western Fujian——Take Longyan Community as an Example

龙岩市社区草根体育组织存在体育活动内容单一、设施不全、资金短缺、缺乏专业的体育指导、缺乏统一标准化的管理模式等内部问题,同时,也存在行政权力与自发的非政府组织对接困难、行政组织的基层组织和管理困难、社区行政组织资源有限等外部问题。因此,应建立集成的社区体育组织,创建规范、有序的行政环境;加强社区草根体育组织自身建设;促进一体化的体育资源,与体育院校建立互动机制;建立多元化的服务网络和融资方式。

The grass-roots community sports organizations in Longyan City have some internal problems,such as single content of sports activities,incomplete facilities,shortage of funds,lack of professional sports guidance,and lack of unified and standardized management model.At the same time,there are also some external problems,such as the difficulty of docking administrative power with spontaneous non-governmental organizations,the difficulty of grass-roots organization and management of administrative organizations,and the limited resources of community administrative organizations.Therefore,an integrated community sports organization should be established to create a standardized and orderly administrative environment;strengthen the construction of community grassroots sports organizations;promote integrated sports resources,establish an interactive mechanism with sports colleges;establish a diversified service network and financing the way.
