摘要
为实现某污水处理厂对现场工艺的全方位监控,设计一种基于组态王的全集成监控平台,提出了在Profibus-DP和Profinet相集成的网络结构下,以PLC为主控制器的自控系统。现场层与控制层的网络一体化实现了上位机对工段的远程实时监控。结果表明,设备运行稳定、控制精确,数据交互实时可靠,满足了污水处理厂的现代化生产水平和经济效益。
To realize the total monitoring to filed process for swage plant,a kind of supervising platform with TIA was designed.Under the integration between Profibus-Dp and Profinet,we give a self-controlled system based on PLC to achieve the real-time remote monitoring for workshop.The result indicates facilities can run stably with accurate control and reliable digital transmission in real-time,meeting the modern production-level and economic benefits for industry of swage plant.
