摘要
磁致伸缩液位仪利用磁性材料的磁致伸缩效应和磁致伸缩逆效应,通过测量发射电流脉冲和接收回波信号之间的时间间隔来实现液位测量。磁致伸缩液位仪可多参数(液位、界位、温度)测量,在成品油测量领域具有其他液位测量仪表所不具有的技术优势。国内产品量程和可靠性方面都与国外产品有很大差距。通过本项目的研发,能够改变大量程磁致伸缩测量仪表被国外产品垄断的市场格局,为国内仪表高端化奠定基础,使企业获得最大的经济和社会效益。对提升油品储存达到计量级测量提供了必要的手段。该项目是在我公司现有技术基础上,开发出测量范围达到20m,精度达到±1mm,且具有智能故障诊断功能的磁致伸缩液位仪。
The magnetostrictive liquid level meter realizes the level measurement by measuring the time between transmitting and receiving pulse wave signal.It has technical advantages in the field of product oil measurement.There are gaps between domestic products and foreign products in the range and reliability.Through the development of this project,it provides the necessary means for accurate measurement of oil level.The project is based on our company's existing technology,developed a magnetostrictive liquid level meter,achieved 20m measurement range,±1mm precision,and have intelligent fault diagnosis functions.
