摘要
为解决港口设备润滑点较多、距离较远、不易:保养维护造成设备润滑部位摩擦磨损严重等问题,研制了一种基于移动互联网技术的智能润滑设备健康管理系统。该系统集成了移动互联网技术、大数据处理技术、集中润滑技术、传感检测技术,通过无线网络技术将分散布置在港口设备的各个润滑系统进行网络连接,在后台设置数据处理中心,对整个港口设备的集中润滑系统进行集中管理、分散控制,在关键润滑部位设置传感器实时采集轴承运行数据,通过后台数据处理中心判定润滑加脂量,使设备达到按需润滑,达到精益润滑的目标。对整个港口设备集中润滑具有极、其重要的意义。
Harbour equipments have many lubrication points,and it's not easy to maintain because these points usually are far apart from each other.In this way,the lubrication parts of harbour equipments are worn excessively.In order to solve this problem,an intelligent lubrication health management system based on mobile internet technology is developed.The system integrates mobile internet technology,big data processing technology,centralized lubrication technology,and sensing detection technology.Lubrication systems on harbour equipments are connected together through wireless network technology and background data processing center.All centralized lubrication systems of harbour equipments are managed as a whole but operate individually.Install sensors on key lubrication parts to collect realtime bearing operation data.Grease amount is determined by background data processing center,so that equipments can be lubricated on demand to achieve the goal of lean lubrication.It is extremely important to centralized lubrication of harbour equipments.
