我国学校改进研究的热点与未来走向——基于CNKI(2005—2018年)文献的知识图谱分析

摘要 文章以“学校改进”为关键词,基于CNKI核心数据库进行知识图谱分析,发现学校改进评估研究、学校效能与学校改进研究、学校自主改进研究、学校改进策略优化研究、学校改进模式探索是研究热点。学校效能与西方学校改进经验研究、学校改进内部动力机制研究和学校改进实践多样化探索等是学校改进研究的发展脉络。在未来,我国学校改进应深入研究学校改进动力机制和学校改进理论转化问题,积极应对学校改进中的困境。 When “school improvement” is treated as the key word to analyze the data processing and knowledge map in CNKI core database, it could be found that school improvement evaluation, school efficiency and school improvement, school independent improvement, school improvement strategy application, school improvement model exploration are the hotspots of school improvement research in China. School improvement research has experienced several stages of development such as school effectiveness and research on the improvement of Western schools, the study of internal dynamics of schools, and the diversification of school improvement practices. In the future, school improvement research should deeply study the school’s improvement dynamic mechanism, strive to explore the school’s improvement of theoretical transformation, and actively respond to the difficulties in school improvement.
