促进学生核心素养发展的课堂教学文化变革研究——基于弗兰德斯互动分析系统的应用

摘要 课堂教学文化具有一定的结构,通过发挥其认知与传播、适应与创新、培育与塑造功能,影响学生核心素养的发展。文章基于弗兰德斯互动分析系统的案例探索,反思当前课堂教学文化现状并分析原因。促进学生核心素养发展的课堂教学文化在主体能动性、课堂创新性、教学开放性、内部规范性上应该:回归教育本质,重在主体视界的融合;开展基于“问题与项目”的教学,倡导“学为中心”;加强课堂教学内外部联系,向生活世界扩展;凸显“软”文化作用,改革评价制度。 Classroom teaching culture has a certain structure, which affects the development of students’ key competences by exerting its functions of cognition and communication, adaptation and innovation, and cultivation and shaping. Based on the case study of Flanders Interaction Analysis System (FIAS), the current situation of classroom teaching culture and the reasons are explored. Classroom teaching culture including innovation, activation, openness and internal normativeness should be reformed to promote the development of students’key competences. It also should return to the essence of education, focus on the fusion of horizons among subjects, develop the teaching based on “question and project”, advocate “learning-centeredness”, strengthen the relationship between internal and external classroom and expand to real world, play the role of “soft” culture and reform the evaluation system.
