Challenges and Directions of Educational Reform in Middle Schools under the Vision for Future Schools

未来学校发展的各国行动以及发展趋势,对初中阶段的教育改革提出了新的挑战。面对未来学校发展的挑战,初中教育改革需要把握几个方向,如将“立德树人”的核心导向与引导学生自主及个性化学习结合起来;将学校教育内容革新与创意性教育教学方式突破结合起来;将现代数字技术融入与学校教育信息生态环境建设结合起来;将学生学习空间拓展与校外教育资源开发结合起来;将研究型教师培育与营造学校创新发展机制结合起来。

Actions from different countries to develop future schools have presented new challenges to the reform direction of middle school education. Facing these challenges, middle school education reforms need to adjust their direction by combining the core values of moral education with student-centered learning, combining the innovative content of school education with a breakthrough in teaching methods of creative education, combining modern digital technology with the construction of an information environment, combining the expansion of students’ learning space with the development of out-of-school educational resources, and combining the cultivation of research teachers with the creation of innovative mechanisms for schools.
