Construction of Campus Football Characteristic Schools in Primary and Secondary Schools in Shanghai: Dilemma and Path Choice

新时代背景下,有效建设中小学校园足球特色学校是促进学生个性发展、学校体育改革创新的迫切要求。文章在剖析当前上海市中小学校园足球特色学校建设现状的基础上,对其建设的现实困境进行反思,认为中小学校园足球特色学校建设理念脱离学校校情、建设标准偏离特色发展、建设内容忽视学生足球运动需求、建设过程弱化校内外衔接。据此,指出当前上海市中小学校园足球特色学校建设的路径在于:以学校校情为依据,塑造自下而上的建设理念;以特色发展为主线,制定特色育人的建设标准;以学生需求为指导,构筑全面发展的建设内容;以校内外衔接为参照,形成融合联动的建设过程。

Under the background of the new era, it has become an urgent requirement to effectively construct campus football characteristic schools in primary and secondary schools, which can promote not only the development of students’ personality but also the reform and innovation of school sports. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the construction of campus football characteristic schools in primary and secondary schools in Shanghai, the paper reflects on the actual dilemma of their construction, thinking that the construction concept is separated from the school’s condition, the construction standards deviate from the characteristic development, the construction content ignores students’ demands for football and the construction process weakens the connection between those in and out of the schools. Based on this, this paper points out that the current path of campus football characteristic school construction in primary and secondary schools in Shanghai lies in the following aspects: these schools need to establish the bottom-up construction concept based on their conditions;they need to formulate the construction standards for characteristic education, with the characteristic development as the main line;the demands of students need to be their guidance for constructing content of comprehensive development;and they need to take the connection between those in and out of the school as a reference and form the construction of integration and linkage.
