摘要
随着我国社会国际化程度和综合国力的不断提高,以外籍人员子女学校为主体的国际学生教育,已经无法适应中国的教育对外开放战略。在基础教育阶段,给予国际学生以国民待遇,将国际学生融入国民教育序列的学校随班就读,逐渐成为一个国际惯例。为了实现国际学生的随班就读,地方教育行政部门应该从学校认定、学生待遇、名额分配、学业评价、语言支持、教师准备、校长配备、家长辅导等方面,建立与之相适应的学校改进政策。
International student schooling with exclusive international schools as the main body cannot be suitable for the Strategy of Opening Education to the Outside World, due to the increase in internationalization of our society and comprehensive national power. In basic education stage, it will gradually become an international criterion to give international students a national treatment and allow them to be integrated in regular schools with local students. To achieve this goal, local educational authorities should establish school improvement policies concerning school confirmation, student treatment, quota allocation, academic evaluation, language support, teacher preparation, principal enrolment, and parent training.
