摘要
为提高学生的体质健康,提高体育教学效率,川沙中学在“混龄教学”模式的基础上实行了体育专项化教学。该研究运用文献资料、数理统计等方法,对川沙中学2015届学生在校期间体质状况进行跟踪调查,并探究不同专项练习对其体质健康的影响。研究得出:在身体形态、身体素质和身体机能方面,均值随年级增高而增加;不同专项授课均对体质健康具有促进作用:篮球有助于学生长高,羽毛球能锻炼学生耐力,武术可增强学生的柔韧。
In order to improve the students’ physical health and improve the teaching efficiency of physical education, Chuansha Middle School has carried out special physical education on the basis of “mixed age teaching” mode. This research uses literature methods and statistics to track and investigate the physical condition of the students during the school years, who entered Chuansha Middle School in 2015, and to explore the influence of different special exercises on their physical health. The results have shown that in the aspects of body shape, body quality and body function, the average value increases with the grade increasing;different sports classes play important roles: basketball can help students grow tall, badminton can exercise students’ endurance, martial arts can enhance boys’ flexibility.
