夏热冬冷地区办公建筑外窗热工性能及节能效果分析 被引量:12

摘要 以夏热冬冷地区某典型办公建筑为例,运用DesignBuilder软件模拟建筑全年能耗,基准建筑模型参数设置按《公共建筑节能设计标准》中的规定值进行设置。在其他参数不变的前提下,提高外窗热工性能,即分别减小外窗太阳得热系数和外窗传热系数进行能耗模拟。结果表明,在满足规范要求的前提下,夏热冬冷地区建筑减小外窗太阳得热系数的节能效果更加明显。 A typical office building located in hot summer and cold winter zone of China is analyzed,simulating its annual energy consumption with software DesignBuilder. The parameters of the calculation model are selected according to the “Design standard for energy efficiency of public buildings”. Multiple situations including reducing heat transfer coefficient of exterior windows and SHGC with other parameters unchanged are simulated. Results show that reducing SHGC of exterior windows is more effective for building energy efficiency than reducing heat transfer coefficient in hot summer and cold winter zone.
