摘要
机械加工厂房由于空间高大、设备多、发热量大且24小时连续运转等,其热环境特点与民用建筑不同。提出一种基于正交试验研究围护结构对厂房能耗影响的方法,该方法能够考虑围护结构设计因素交互作用时对厂房能耗的影响,区别于传统的单因素分析方法。以西安市某公司叶片加工车间为例,通过EnergyPlus软件进行能耗模拟,研究围护结构设计因素(WWR、WFR、侧窗传热系数、天窗传热系数、外墙和屋顶保温板厚度)同时变化时,各因素对厂房能耗影响的主次顺序、显著程度及影响趋势,并给出了厂房总能耗最小的各因素优化取值组合方案,为机械加工厂房节能设计提供思路。
Mostly the machinery plant is high and spacious with many machines of high power working full-time. So the thermal environment of the machinery plant is different from the civil architecture. The orthogonal experiment method is used to analyze the effect of the building envelop parameters on the energy consumption for machinery plant. The EnergyPlus software is used to simulate the energy consumption for the airplane engine blades workshop in Xi’ an. Based on the orthogonal experiment,the influnce order,degree and trend of the building envelop parameters (such as WWR,WFR,U-window,U-skylight,Insulation thickness-wall,Insulation thickness-roof) on the energy consumption of the machinery plant are studied. The optimal value combination of the envelop parameters is obtained. The study of this paper will be helpful for the energy conservation for the machinery plant.
