摘要 高校辅导员具有教师和管理人员双重身份,双重职业角色经常变成了双重负荷、双倍矛盾,引发很多高校辅导员在职业化的过程中出现心理冲突,导致辅导员对自己身份的怀疑,对职业的不自信,并产生严重的焦虑情绪,最终使个人职业发展受限,给辅导员职业化带来阻碍。建立辅导员职业心理支撑体系、职业发展指导体系、职业理想促进体系等可以有效缓解辅导员职业化过程中的心理冲突,促进高校辅导员职业化的发展进程。 College advisors have dual identities. They instruct as well as manage students. The dual identities often translate into double workload and contradiction and lead to mental conflicts on the part of advisors in the process of professionalization. When advisors have doubts about their dual identities, they start to lose confidence and feel severe anxiety. In the end, not only individual career development suffer, but professionalization of advisors as a team is also impeded. This paper discusses how to dissolve advisors' mental conflicts and promote their professionalization through establishment of mental support system, career guidance system and ideal facilitation system.
