摘要
教育需求的不断增多和教育改革的日新月异给高校女辅导员工作带来了巨大压力,导致她们在发挥自身优势投身高校改革、建设和发展的大潮中呈现出一定程度的职业倦怠状况。基于NVivo10对140份访谈资料进行质性分析,探究导致高校女辅导员产生职业倦怠的主要因素并利用霍尔三维结构理论,建立预防高校女辅导员职业倦怠的工作实施体系,进一步提高思想政治教育工作实效性。
The ever-increasing educational demand and the ever deepening educational reform put enormous pressure on female advisors in colleges and universities. They sometimes suffer from job burnout when fully exerting themselves. This paper, based on 140 interviews, examines the major reasons for female advisors' job burnout and then introduces Hall Three-dimensional Structural Method in an effort to create a work system that can prevent job burnout and enhance job effectiveness.
