新媒体视域下高校辅导员与大学生的有效互动

On How College Advisors Should Promote Interaction with Students Via New Media

摘要 “传统互动”和“新媒体”互动两种模式的选择取向各有其合理性和局限性,增强高校辅导员与大学生互动的有效性是一项系统工程,需要辅导员从转变互动理念,关注并满足大学生的心理诉求;明确互动目的,促进大学生全面发展目标的实现;遵循互动规律,激发互为主体的能动性与创造性;总结互动经验,不断提升与大学生互动的技能来推动两种互动模式的有机结合与重构。 Traditional way of interaction and interaction via new media between advisors and college students have their own advantages and limitations. Enhancement of interaction between advisors and students requires systematic effort. Advisors must update their ideas and pay close attention to students' psychological demands. They have to be clear that the purpose of interacting with students is to facilitate students' well-rounded growth and development. Advisors also need to follow the rules of interaction and give full play to the initiative and creativity on both sides. Finally, they must constantly evaluate the effect and strive for a dynamic integration of the two modes of interaction.
