服务设计对老年人社会隔离的介入研究

INTERVENTIONAL STUDY ON SOCIAL ISOLATION AMONG SENIORS FROM SERVICE DESIGN METHODS

从服务设计的角度,为通过拓展老年社交网络,降低老年社会隔离风险提供策略与方法。基于服务设计的基本原则与理论模型(双钻模型),结合项目调查及中外案例探讨老年社会隔离服务介入设计思路与应对方案。得到服务设计介入老年人社会隔离的设计策略与方法。针对老年社会隔离的服务介入,应以维系与拓展老年社交网络为着力点,从重点解决老年“出行”、“参与”及“通讯”三个核心需求出发,通过技术与组织创新,制订适合老年群体的社交促进服务方案,提高老年社交频率与质量。

Provides strategies and methods for reducing the risk of social isolation among seniors from the perspective of service design. Based on the basic principles and theoretical model (Double-Diamond Design Process Model) of service design,combined with project investigation and cases study to explore the intervention ideas and solutions for the elderly social isolation. The design strategies and methods of service design intervene in the social isolation among seniors. The service intervention for the social isolation among seniors should pay attention to maintaining and expanding the social network for the elderly,focus on solving the three core needs "transport","participation" and "communication",through technological and organizational innovation to formulate social promotion service programs for the elderly to improve their social frequency and quality.
