福建土楼建筑空间形态研究

STUDY ON THE SPATIAL FORM OF FUJIAN TULOU ARCHITECTURE

为土楼建筑空间角度的研究提供新的视角,丰富中国乡土建筑的研究资料。以福建和贵楼、怀远楼等部分土楼为研究对象,对比分析土楼平面立面空间形态及线性趋势,总结了土楼建筑空间形态外向闭合性和内向开放性的特征,以厥宁楼、八卦堡、淮阳楼、半月楼为例,采用对比的手法进行土楼空间形态演化分析,并且以土楼传习馆设计为土楼再生提出探索性实验方案。土楼建筑空间形态由围合式开始向开敞式发展而逐渐演化为行列式。该研究方法为土楼“空心化”现象提供理论依据,和探索性改造方案设计。

It provides a new perspective for the study of the space angle of Tulou and enriches the research data of Chinese vernacular buildings. Taking Tulou in Fujian,like Heguilou and Huaiyuanlou as the research objects,this paper compares and analyses the spatial form and linear trend of the plane elevation of Tulou, summarizes the characteristics of the extroversion closeness and introversion openness of the space form of Tulou,and takes the Jueninglou,Bagualou, Huaiyanglou and Banyuelou as examples to analyze the evolution of the space form of Tulou by means of comparison,and takes the design of Tulou biography hall as an example. An exploratory experimental scheme is proposed for the regeneration of Tulou. The space form of Tulou has evolved from enclosure to open and gradually to determinant. The research method provides a theoretical basis for the phenomenon of "hollowing" of Tulou and the design of exploratory renovation scheme.
