摘要
高职人才培养模式构建路径,以“互联网+”为技术背景,以高端技术技能型人才培养为中心,注重“虚”“实”双平台建设。该路径共搭建了6条信息通道,分别为畅通的校企合作、招生就业、专业建设、教学管理、教学督导和家校联系。从矿井通风与安全专业人才素质和能力规格角度分析,构建“三阶段五环节”分段递进式课程体系,提出“互联网+情境式+任务驱动项目化”教学新方法。该人才培养模式构建路径充分利用了互联网等现代信息技术,具有可移植性强的特点,在有效提高人才培养质量的同时,还有利于形成“双师型”师资队伍并提升高职院校的社会服务能力。
The purpose of this essay is to explore ways and means of constructing higher vocational personnel training mode under the background of 'Internet +'. On the basis of practice in Yongcheng Vocational College,this paper discussed the construction path of a talent cultivation model in higher vocational education named "one center,two platforms and piecewise progressive mode". This paper,focusing on higher technical skills training and paying attention to the construction of two platforms of "virtual" and "real",applied the method to analyze the quality and specifications of mine ventilation and safety professionals through unimpeded six information channels of the cooperation between school and enterprise,enrollment and employment,professional construction,teaching management,teaching supervision and home school contact and constructed a subsection progressive course system characterized by "three stages five rings" and proposed a new teaching method with the features of internet,situation,task driven and project oriented,under the technical background of the internet plus. The practice showed that the talent cultivation model constructed by this path was strong portable and suitable for talent training in Higher vocational education,and its process of construction can help to form teacher team who specialize in both theory and practice and to promote the social service ability of higher vocational colleges.
