摘要
从培养模式、生源质量、学业表现、职业发展及基层教育部门的认知和评价等方面分析当前地方高校农村小学全科教师定向培养的现状,剖析面临的困境:培养方向呈现分化、培养质量显现危机、教学组织与管理存在困扰,以《教师教育振兴行动计划(2018-2022年)》为引领,构建符合新时代要求的地方高校农村小学全科教师培养的新路径。
This paper analyzes the current situation of the orientation training of rural primary school general teachers in local colleges and universities, and analyzes the dilemma: the differentiation of training direction and the quality of training Crisis, confused teaching organization and management from the aspects of training mode, student quality, academic performance, career development and the cognition and evaluation of grassroots education departments. Guided by the Teacher Education Revitalization Action Plan (2018-2022), we will build a new path for the training of general teachers in rural primary schools in line with the requirements of the new era.
